The error indicates an issue with an Explorer.exe plugin....which could be anything right?
Well, when you install applications and you allow them to add their rubbish to the right click or content menu this is the reason for this error....your right click menu has a faulty plugin installed....so what can you do?

Download and Install this application and when it launches you will want to order the list via "Type" as all the entrys for Content Menu need to be looked at with technical eyes....
The image above shows all my content menu items....you will note that some have Disabled set to "Yes" and so have this set to "No" I would recommend that you only enable stuff you use......do not be lazy run the applications to perform the required operation...do not rely on a right click operation!
