iPhone Issues Resolved!

If you have an iPhone and you have lots of Applications...or more to the point you have lots of information that is stored on the handset and not your computer (so exclude Photos, Videos and Music) then you may run into backup issues....this happened to me and yes it took 4.5 Hours to fail on the backup.
DO NOT install applications from the App Store if you have a intermittant 3G/EDGE/GPRS connection or an intermittant WiFI connection as if you get a faulty application your device will restart and "brick" itself....install all applications via iTunes
I would like to point out at this stage that I have 56 applications...these are as follow:
Accufuel
AlcoholAwarePlus
AllRadio
Ambiance
APache Launcher
Aqua Forest
aSleep

I found the root cause of the issue was a corrupt application and I have lost all my Camera Roll, SMS, Call History and Notes from my iPhone but on the brink of giving up...but was convienced to try again....
