All, logged into my iCloud web interface before WWDC2016 start and to my amazement its all broken again, without me logging in or touching the Photos in iCloud.
I get my original photo account as you can see above which is weird looking at they were purged over 2 months ago....
All the photos have the exclamation of doom on them, which means they have been deleted, but the metadata is still there in the background.....
If you try an like a photo you see this:
If you click on a photo the iCloud interface falls apart........
Apple really cannot do Photos at all this is why I am with Google Photos.
