If you are using the Azure/Entra portal and would like to know more information about your session then from the portal when logged in you can use the key combination Ctrl+Alt+D when you press this in the low right you will get information about the session:
Then in the upper left you will see what is going on in the windows as below, here you can see I am in the Enterprise Application blade:
If you then click on the "All Perf" option you will see performance and loading times which is handy for troubleshooting issues.
