What is it with me and all the bears, I get asked a lot, which is a good question and an interesting one, so lets get started, bears like the cold and so do I, the colder the better - summer is a horrible season, to much sun and its to hot.....
Bears are loud and can roar, I am very loud in the office but I do not roar, its more suspicious when I go quiet as it means I busy, or busy up to no good, that's a fact.
Bears are curious, like me, I like to get to the root cause of issues and am not really interested in quick fixes unless they are followed up with a full root cause investigation, it always good to be curious, and get into problems you have no idea how you fix as you learn more this way,.
IT is the perfect industry where it never stays still, like the prey for a bear, your targets are always changing and you always have to face dynamic issues where you need to find inquisitive ways to fix the problem
Money, no reason for this topic, only can you imagine a bear with all your credit cards, would that not be fun, however this only usually happens when camping in the wilderness, I prefer hotels, which is not like a Beat at all.
Have no logic, to fixing issues, do not following documentation as you do not learn by following other peoples directions, in fact many times you get very lost when you do that and wonder where you are, out of curiously can you read a map?
This is a face I always think I have, its more of a "what are you talking about" and "do you know what you are doing" kind of face.
