This format ensures your presentation reaches everyone clearly and efficiently, with participants joining as listeners rather than active contributors.
1. Create the Meeting
- Schedule a new Teams meeting in your calendar
- Add all participants to the invite
2. Configure Meeting Options
- Open the meeting in your calendar
- Click "Meeting Options" (opens web page)
3. Set These Controls
Who can bypass the lobby: Only me
Who can present: Only me
Allow mic for attendees: Off
Allow camera for attendees: Off
Allow chat in meeting: Off
Q&A: On
