Slow Drivers during Rush Hour...

OK, this may be a sore point with many people, but for people who uses buses and trains I will expand on this point.....you are dirving to work at 07:40 and you are driving along a 40mph road when right in front of you is an old car (usually french) with an old driver behind the wheel (this is obvious by either the bald patch or the white hair the guy has) and he is driving his car at 32mph....
OK, the main issue is that you are probably driving at 45mph (which is the 40mph spped limit plus the 3% clock error) so firstly you have to brake to aviod hitting the old guy in his french car then you are crawling along at less than the speed limit......holy crap....our roads are slow enough usually with some sunday driver applying the Sunday technique to a Monday morning rush hour.........get of the road during rush hour.....you bafoon!
Finally, the highway code clearly states that "you need to drive your vehicle at the posted speed limit where safe to do so" well it is safe as their is nothing in-front of this guy, no horses, cyclists, children, ghosts or cruise liners.....so get your damn foot on the gas pedal*.....
