The previous post outlines the issues I have had with my car, so the latest development is that VM have diagnosed that the EPC module is faulty in my car and it requires replacing....never....I told VW the issues was with the EPC controller as per the RAC report....
So, I got VW to phone the extended warranty cliams department and after a full day of pratting around I am told that I will need to pay an outstanding fee of £99.99 for the diagnostic report for my car.....hold on a minute here....I need to pay VW £100 for confirming the problem I reported with my car is correct.......how?????
That is pissing daylight robbery, it takes them 20 seconds to connect the cable to my car and then it takes their computers about 2 minutes to analyse my car and the problem and VW charge me for a full hours labour at £100 what a load of cow shit, really it is.......
