FIXED : iTunes 7.7 Secure Sync Error

If you are getting the error:
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. A secure network connection could not be established. Make sure SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0 is enabled in the Internet Options control panel, then try again"
Then you will need to check your system clock to ensure that it is not more than 5 minutes out of sync with the reest of the world, if it is then you wil be unable to sync with the iTunes store....

Your system clock is not in sync connection failed.....resync!

The is then followed on by the error:
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again"
So I have re-installed iTunes 7.7 and performed the usual diagnostics and I now get the error:
"Secure connection attempt to iPhone activation server unsuccessful"
I am assuming that the iPhone activation server is busy and not avaliable!
