This tells you your deviation in delta seconds from the source, here we are very current, these are all in milliseconds, but if it looks like this then you are drifting time in the past, probably due to relying on CMOS and BIOS.....

These values show 10 minutes in the future, which is not ideal, so to fix this follow these commands:
Add configuration to the new time source:
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:time.windows.com /syncfromflags:MANUAL
Update configuration to the new time source:
w32tm /config /update
Re-Sync with the new time source:
w32tm /resync
