If you get this error when you try to install any version of Windows on your partition.....when you try to create a partition you gets lots of 500MB partitions when you use the GUI:
Then do this:
1. When the error occurs, press Shift+F10 to open CMD. 2. When the Command Prompt window opens, run these commands one by one: diskpart list disk select disk X (X: Select the system disk you use) clean create partition primary size=500000 format fs=ntfs assign active list volume exit
Continue back to the setup click the refresh button and choose that new partition, Windows will now install as you expect.....
