ISA Proxy and Website Blocking

If you are running ISA2004/2006 Server and want to block certain website, firstly ensure you are running your proxy server on the alternative-HTTP TCP port which is 8080, this can be configured in ISA under Configuration>Networks>Internal as shown below:

NOTE : You do not require the SSL selected for SSL traffic, this setting is for enterprises that have their own SSL certificates for WWW usage.
Then create a rule as shown below, bear in mind if you have content filtering software it will be bypassed so you cannot log these sites...

The Koolim/Meebo Blocks contain the following websites, however ensure you add the HTTP and HTTPS site for added security to ensure these devious sites stay blocked:

http://*.koolim.com

https://*.koolim.com
