Vista UAC Disablement

If you are a avid Vista user then you will notice that if you try to run an applications that requires additional rights to the ones you already have assigned you will get one of two UAC (User Account Control) messages....
If you are in the Administrator group you will get this error:

If you are a normal user, which you should be in Vista you will get this error:

My view on the UAC feature is if you are in the administrator of a PC then you should know what you are running on your system and should not rely on Windows giving you an "are you sure you want to run this?" error, to disable this pointless feature chnage the policy shown below to "Elevate Without Prompting"
