Yes this used to be called ERD2005 which was an excellent application....however Microsoft got hold of it and it is now called "Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset" it looks like it has the same functionality but now has really cool features...you can check out the main options screen below:
It seems like the "Standalone System Scanner" is the only new addition which will scan for roootkits, malware and spyware.....but how does it keep the definitions up-to-date?
Finally do not expect much from the Solution Wizard.....with options like "I have forgotten my password" and advice like "Use the Locksmith Tool" you really should use your own brain....not a wizard...no great improvment on ERD2005 if you ask me......except you get a "GUI Front End" not a "Start Menu"
