This is the new version of Expression Web 2 from the Microsoft Labs....which on the surface looks very good...finally you can insert a Macromedia Flash movie (a feature lacking in Expression Web v1.0) plus it is loaded with Silverlight stuff for the Silverlight developers in you....

Microsoft Expression Web v2.0 still does not support CSS3...you can only utilise up to CSS2.1.....
In my opinion this knocks spots of Adobe Dreamweaver CS3....as it does what it says on the tin and does not take all your CPU cycles.....
