nForce Forceware connects only at 100 Full-Duplex?

I have a nForce Forceware Adapter and the drivers say that this is a 10/100/1000 network card, however when you perform a base install of Windows Vista x64 SP1 you get the 1GBps, however if you update your drivers with the Forceware drivers (which is recommended) you will notice that your NIC will drop to 100 Full Duplex (100FD)
I first thought that it might be a good idea to post a support case on Nvidia Forum's this go me nowhere except for a load of automated responses about service packs and driver versions.
So, I was on my own......power up Google and get searching, a couple of hours went by and someone lead me to the network properties for the NIC I had the issues on.....bingo!
